RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.
Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Restocking Fee
- Returns within 14 days of delivery: No restocking fee
- Returns between 15-30 days of delivery: 15% restocking fee applies
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fee and original shipping costs.
